Queenstown Country Club Village
The Queenstown Country Club Village comprises approximately 158 villas, featuring 10 different typology designs, 17 townhouses, multi-level care facilities, dementia units, and apartments. Additionally, it includes a stunning 1,650m² clubhouse with a swimming pool, gymnasium, and commercial-grade cinema.
I had the privilege of commercially managing this project, constructing circa 25 Villas per year and overseeing its approximate $250 million budget over a 5-year program, while collaborating closely with local trade contractors, clients, and the development and sales teams.
